What data we process

We process the data you send us yourself: full name, e-mail, phone number, vehicle type, selected pattern, your answers in the enquiry form and any messages related to your enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to handle your enquiry, prepare an offer, communicate with you and fulfil any resulting order. The legal basis is negotiation of a contract and its subsequent performance.

Retention period

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle the communication and provide follow-up customer support. Data from orders and invoices is kept for the period required by law.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. To the extent necessary, it may be processed by our e-mail, hosting and accounting providers and by carriers.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to processing. Contact us at izovan@email.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
