01 Story

It started from a need.
Now it's a craft.

Izovan was founded by Zuzana Dostálová — a university graduate and competitive footballer. She sewed her first thermal blind for a car for herself, when she was freezing in her vehicle. Today she makes them to measure for anyone who wants to sleep comfortably in their car — whether it's a small hatchback, a van, or a full vanlife campervan.

07 Roof tents

Insulation for
pop-up roof tents.

Thermal insulation for roof tents and pop-up roofs. In winter it noticeably reduces heat loss and helps prevent condensation, so sleeping up top is more comfortable even in cold weather.

Short answers.

How long does custom production take?

Usually 2 to 3 weeks from confirming the order and templating the windows. During peak season (spring/summer) it can be a few days longer. If you need it sooner, get in touch — sometimes a slot opens up in the schedule.

What if a blind doesn't fit?

If we template the windows ourselves, it fits. If you make the template yourself and it comes out wrong, we'll arrange an adjustment or a remake — we want the result to fit, not to sit unused in your garage.

How do I care for the blinds? Can they be washed?

Wipe by hand with a damp cloth, optionally with a mild detergent. Not in a washing machine — it would damage the reflective layer. Store them rolled or folded, not creased over an edge for long periods.

What are the delivery options?

You can collect the blinds in person in Hradec Králové, or we'll send them via Zásilkovna (Packeta) to a pickup point that suits you. We'll sort out whichever works best when you order.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship across the whole EU. Shipping cost depends on the country and parcel weight (a van set is usually 800–1500 g). We'll tell you the exact price in advance.

Can I claim a warranty?

Of course, the standard 24-month warranty applies. If a stitching defect appears or a suction cup stops holding, we'll replace or repair it. Just send a photo.
