These terms apply to enquiries and orders for custom-made thermal window blinds, accessories and folding mattresses.

Enquiry and order

Submitting the enquiry form does not automatically create an order. After receiving your enquiry, we will confirm the details, price, production time and delivery method. An order is only created once you accept our offer.

Price and payment

Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on the vehicle type, number of windows, dimensions, material and any agreed customisations. Payment is arranged individually, most often by bank transfer or in cash on personal pickup.

Custom production

Thermal blinds and folding mattresses are made to order for a specific vehicle or based on the templates you provide. For products customised to your specifications, the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason may be limited.

Delivery and personal pickup

We ship via an agreed carrier, or you can pick up your order in person in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. The exact shipping cost is communicated before the order is confirmed.

Complaints and warranty

If a defect appears in the material, stitching or fastening, e-mail us at izovan@email.cz with a description of the problem and photos. We will resolve the complaint by repair, adjustment, replacement or another agreed solution.
